baked.

I'm fairly certain everyone in the World knows the song "White Horse" by Laidback. You know, "if you want it right. Ride the white horse" with a big heavy funky bassline. Its dirty. Its about heroin and sex and probably other things too but what shocked the Hell out of me about a year ago was learning that Laidback were two white guys from Denmark who were producing this amazing hard funk/cool dance stuff in the early 80s. WHAT?!?! White guys made that music?!?! Mad props to Denmark for that one.  So when I came across  a Soul Clap remix of another Laidback track called "Bakerman" I had to have it.  Also of note, the video for Bakerman's original release in 1989 was directed by Lars Von Triers, and its rather hilarious. Check it out.
